9 am to 6 pm (PST) Monday to Saturday.
9 am to 12 pm on Sundays
(We sometimes keep shorter hours on the weekends and holidays. Leave a message or email us and we’ll get back to you.)
Depot Hours of Operation:
First pickups: 9 am Monday to Saturdays (no pick ups prior to 9am are permitted)
Last pickups: 4:30pm Monday to Saturdays. SHARP!
(Any delays past 4:30 pm will have their pick up re-scheduled for the next business day)
Closed Sundays for pickups and on all major holidays
(We sometimes shorter hours on weekends and on the eve of major holidays, please contact us with any questions.)
Drop-off times: 24 hour returns permitted
Upon pickup of your rental, we will give you details on how to drop your van if you are returning outside of regular business hours. You are also given our after hours phone number at the time of pickup. We are always happy to help!
Holiday Closures: Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend in late May, 4th July, Sunday and Monday of Labor Day weekend in early September, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day.
(Rental returns are permitted on these days using our after hours drop off instructions.)
Early Day Closures: Last pickups will be at 12 pm on the Eve of Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Delayed Opening Days: Pick ups on the days following a major holiday will be scheduled between 11 pm- 4:30 pm only, no early morning pick ups are available.

The Lost Campers San Francisco depot is located within the city limits, just 10-12 minutes from SFO airport and a 5-7
minute drive from downtown SF, in a very convenient location. Highways 280 and 101 are 1 minute drive from our office, which make for an easy start to your road trip.

If coming from the city of San Francisco, the Third Street Light Rail MUNI Line, (T-Line) departs from the stations along Market Street approx every 15 mins. Disembark on the 23rd & Third St station and walk up the 2 blocks to our depot on Third Street at 25th Street. Current cost is $2-3 per person.
BART, the Bay Area rail service, can be taken from SFO or Oakland airports (under $10 per person) to the downtown stations along Market Street, where you can change onto the T-line.
Taxis are also relatively inexpensive from SFO airport ($30-35 one way) and from within the city center ($10-15).
Los Angeles Depot Address:

The Lost Campers LA/Inglewood depot is located just a quick five minute drive from LAX Los Angeles International Airport.
Highway 405, the major highway that runs from San Diego in the South, right through the center of the city and leads to Northern California, is also a one minute drive from our office. The easiest way to reach the LA depot is by taxi or ride-share. Can’t get easier than that!

Salt Lake City, Utah Depot Address:
WINTER HOURS INFO-This office has resumed regular business hours as of Feb. 15th, but please call ahead if you would like to stop in without a reservation as the staff is not always on-site.
The Salt Lake City depot is located less than a 10-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport. Highway 80, the
major highway that runs directly through the center of Salt Lake City is only a few minutes away. Also, the TRAX light rail system is a 10-minute walk with a stop just 1.5 blocks West of our office. Awesome!
You will find us in the Downtown Self Storage building in Suite 200. You’ll see their signs first and know you are in the right place. Go to the front of the building and our sign is on the glass doors. Enter to find our office on the left and start your adventure!
